Leads the effort estimation and planning of system integration and data warehousing projects with assistance from Project Management Office. 2. Translates business integration requirements into solution designs, with emphasis on developing reusable services. Prepares integration topologies by utilizing integration patterns such as Publish-Subscribe, Asynchronous, Guaranteed Delivery, Web Services and Batch point-to-point interfaces. Develops design artifacts such as source target mappings, transformation rules and data flow diagrams for all interfaces. Develops canonical models for common services. 3. Leads development of large, complex integration projects including Data Warehouse or Data Mart solution implementations. Develops high quality integration solutions per the designs using ESB, .NET framework and ETL technologies for high risk interfaces. 4. Manages the system support structure for integration platform and all the production interfaces. Implements robust monitoring and performance management processes to provide reliable services for mission-critical applications. Administers the Enterprise Service Bus software and manages the code migrations and production deployments. 5. Leads the development of standards and best practices that optimize the use of integration solutions at client and contributes to the establishment of integration competency. Ensures the Systems Integrators adhere to established best practices and incorporate them appropriately into the company*s solutions. 6. Responsible for the development of forward looking Technology Roadmaps for Integration technology domain and contributing to the development of SOA Roadmap. 7. Plans and executes quality assurance and testing of integration solutions in accordance with standards established by Quality Management. Supports System and User Acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution so that tasks are completed in a timely manner. 8. Leads root cause analysis of integration issues with System Analysts and IT support staff to assess trends and opportunities for enhancements and process improvement. Investigates performance issues in the production interfaces, applies best practices in performance tuning and improves performance. 9. Researches latest trends in the Service oriented architecture, Enterprise Service Bus and Data Integration space, and keeps abreast of the latest versions of vendor solutions. 10. Demonstrates a high level of integrity and maturity to work on multiple projects and delivers consistently on time. Escalates issues appropriately to management and project teams. Takes a proactive approach to cross-functional communication. 11. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: *************** Education B.S degree in Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent additional experience. Experience * Minimum 5 years experience in developing and implementing integration solutions using Enterprise Service Bus and Data Integration technologies. * 3-5 years experience in reusable service development using Microsoft BizTalk And/Or * 3+ years experience in ETL development using Microsoft SSIS And * Proficient with Service Oriented Architecture implementations * Must have excellent SQL programming skills * 3+ years experience using Visual Studio .NET is a plus * Strong presentation skills, ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding, for all types of audiences is a plus * Familiarity with Hospitality industry business models and data is a plus * Familiarity with CRM and Campaign Management solution implementations is a plus Job Purpose: ************ Leads design and development of complex integration solutions, data warehousing projects, and is responsible for the overall technical solution meeting the needs of the Business customers. The position will focus on developing and implementing short term and long term strategies for integrating business applications in the portfolio. Contributes to the development of SOA Roadmap in conjunction with the Enterprise Architecture team. Responsible for forward looking Technology Roadmaps for the Integration Domain. Should be capable of looking across multiple projects, and design the best possible services and interfaces, achieving substantial reuse.
