Very focused and in-depth experience in tuning of large windows environments, with deep knowledge on trouble shooting performance issues. Less application support and more Windows OS/ESX support. Skills should include ability to trouble shoot OS issues related to active directory, DNS and server and platform performance. Buildnig OS to standards, virtualization of servers and configuration of physical servers, patching of OS and related architecture services. Experienced using Windows Update Service. Deployments are small now (5-10 a week) but is expected to ramp up. Strong experience in performing root cause analysis and remediation across OS, platform and network.
