Create and maintain online help documentation, using MadCap Flare, for exchange applications. Facilitate internal workflows within Confluence wiki for electronic trading platform SDK updates, maintenance, and dissemination. Facilitate internal workflows within Confluence wiki for OTC and Clearing documentation. Independently manage multiple assignments with overlapping deadlines. Skills: Name Required Importance Level Last Used Experience Adobe Acrobat Yes 1 Intermediate 5-6 Within 5 Years 1 - 2 Years MS Word Yes 1 Intermediate 7-8 Within 2 Years 2 - 4 Years Visio Yes 1 Intermediate 7-8 Within 5 Years 1 - 2 Years Additional Skills: Minimum of 5 yrs technical writing experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience producing online help systems and user guides. Knowledge of/experience with financial business systems strongly preferred. Knowledge of FIX protocol a plus. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
