Please send resume to:[email protected] *Role:* Senior Silverlight Developer – 6+ month contract located in Plano, TX *Ideally were looking for Designer 70-80% and Developer 20-30%. *Skills:* 2+ years of technical XAML Silverlight Designer experience Heavy UI Development 2+ years of C# Development experience Expert knowledge of the Microsoft design and development platform, especially Expression Blend, and XAML Expert knowledge of Microsoft Expression Blend features and components, especially States, Behaviors, Animation, Data Binding, Templates, Styling, as they relate to designing and constructing Silverlight Web applications Proficient knowledge of popular graphic design and illustration applications such as Microsoft Expression Design Should be able to mock data, bind the data, create prototypes and hand XAML prototypes to the developer for further development. Proficient knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, including User Centered Design, Interaction Design and Visual Communication Design Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and C# *Other Skills:* Must be a self-starter and be able to keep up with the pace producing quality work on time within budget. Must be able to track and complete assigned work tasks with little supervision. High quality written and verbal communication skills are critical. Ability and willingness to provide after-hours, weekend and holiday support as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) *Preferred:* Any publicly available Portfolio for perusal would be a big plus. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, and SQL database management tools would be a plus.
