Position: Sr. .Net Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: 6 months Princeton Information is seeking a Sr. .Net Developer for the following large, complex, mission critical Cash Management application. Candidate will be responsible for specific development modules and work in all stages of the development lifecycle. Candidates should be able to interact and work with onsite and offshore .Net developers. Should be willing to work during off hours and weekends, in a 5 day work week. Key Responsibilities: - Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with little supervision. Self motivated and able to take the initiative to resolve technical issues. - Responsible for analyzing both business and system requirements to create high level and detailed design documents. - Design, develop, test and implement UI solutions according to business requirements and within agreed timelines. - Work with other senior developers and framework teams. - Work closely with IT infrastructure teams for release management. - Must be a good team player and should be able to collaborate with multiple teams in diverse locations during project execution. Experience & Skills: - Minimum of 5 years hands on development experience. - Experience in developing rich web interfaces with real business applications. - Experience in development using Visual Studio Ultimate 2010, .NET 4.0, C# and Web Services. - Experience in Javascript, AJAX, JSON, JQUERY, CSS required. - Knowledge of MVC design pattern required. - Experience with change management and source code management tools such as TFS required. - RDBMS (SQL Server 2005) desirable. - Understanding of Financial markets is desirable. - Strong OOP, and .NET Design Fundamentals. - Basic understanding of software delivery lifecycle, configuration and change management. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Release Management .
