Rate $ 75 all-inclusive on a C2C.
I need an Accela Developer for my client in Washington, DC.
The project is 3+ month ( project to go 12 months) and begins July 15, 2011.
Ideally, I need an Accela Developer who must have experience with an Accela
implementation, and similar permitting/licensing software. Ideal candidate
with have extensive experience with implementation of systems for government
agencies. Experience with Oracle and SQL Server DB is also required.
