Minimum of 5+ years experience with data warehousing concepts, including knowledge of Kimball, Inmon, etc., multidimensional modeling, and ETL. Preferably used and applied within the following application toolsets: Microsoft Analysis Services 2000, Essbase, Genio, Informatica, Data Integrator. 2. Minimum of 3+ years experience providing production level support and/or development in BI/EDW environments. 3. Participate in IT and UAT testing. Possess the ability to read/interpret development code (i.e. SQL, ETL tool, and OLAP tool syntax) and associate the code with required functionality. 4. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure proper standards are followed and supportability is addressed. 5. Analyze multidimensional structures and processes to identify root cause of issues. 6. Assess source data quality and prepare data-cleansing specifications for downstream OLAP applications. 7. Conduct performance tuning of ETL and cube processes. Maintain technical documentation related to the same. 8. Provide technical support (including upgrades and patching) of existing Data Warehouse ETL environment, including Oracle 9i, Essbase, and MSAS Prod environments. 9. Experience with writing SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
