Experience supervising and working with vendors and contractors engaged in developing and/or implementing projects of similar magnitude. Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks, manage and resolve issues, and drive decision-making in order to keep a project on track. Ability to communicate in multiple mediums to all levels of staff, both within and outside of the CLIENT as well as to providers and other external organizations. Demonstrated ability to advocate clearly with appropriate forcefulness, clarity and directness to senior leader, directors and managers in multiple departments. Demonstrated ability to influence and navigate through multiple trade-off decisions within conflicting divisions to a successful resolution Demonstrated ability to manage project according to *PM industry standards and best practices in project management, including scope, time, quality, cost, resource management, communication and risk management.* Experience and ability to understand the project impact on many levels- from the individual involved in a process that is being reengineered, to the changes required in a business unit’s operations, to the ultimate impact on the customer, business partner and the RMV, as well as impact on Scope, Cost and Resources. Comfort and ability with use of various software packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, MSProject, PowerPoint and Flow Charting Software Experience with the development and *modification of large public facing POS style IT systems*.
