Position: Storage Administrator Location:Alpharetta, GA Duration:5 month contract (potential for longer) Rate: $30/hour Description: Storage Administrator for EMC disk and Netbackup environment -Provision server storage and assign SAN ports as required and document assignments. -Troubleshoot any storage related or disk performance issues and recommend solutions. -Schedule hardware or software changes with vendor as required. -Reviews backup failures and troubleshoot with appropriate server team. -Maintains complex vendor software environments. -Performs other assignments to comply with the Corporate Information mission, and to enable the Company to increase revenue, to become easier to do business with, to reduce unit costs, to reduce time to market and to increase customer and agent satisfaction.
