*Jr.Business Analyst with Finance or Mortgage industry
experience(Citizen/GC/EAD only)*
Duration: *6 months*
Location: *McLean,VA*
Rate:*$45 per/hr*

Organize, track, and ensure completion of drafting of exceptions to policy.
Coordinate and prioritize the activities of the research team to ensure
timely resolution of issues
Attend meetings with other internal stakeholders to gain approval/consensus
on approaches to exceptions

*Skill level:*
3-5 yrs experience as a Business Analyst
2+ yrs Finance or Mortgage industry experience, preferably supporting a
Default or Loss Mitigation area
3+ yrs data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Power Point
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management within
an organization

*Qualitative Skills:*
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self-starter / learner
Independent - requires minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills required

*Comments:*
Team Dynamic and Environment (they will work in or lead):Will work as an
individual contributor and in a team environment Will interact with other
internal business partners
