Quality Assurance & Loan Settlement Process Analysis & Documentation Justification for Need: Needed to remediate audit observations. *Statement:* • Qualified candidates will complete business process flows and document procedures for the Quality • Assurance or Loan Settlement functions • Qualified candidates will be required to independently meet with SMEs to understand and capture the process in both narrative & flow formats • Qualified candidates will be required to conduct walkthroughs of the procedures and flows and make formal presentations to management *Must Haves: *• 7+ yrs experience as a Business Analyst • 2+ yrs Finance or Mortgage industry experience • 5+ yrs developing process flows and documenting business requirements • 5+ yrs demonstrated proficiency with Visio,Word, Powerpoint, Excel *Nice to Have:* • Experience with business process analysis/six sigma preferred • Experience in technical writing *Qualitative Skills:* • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Self-starter - Independent - Requires minimal direction & supervision • Exceptional verbal and written communication *Skills Required* • Will work as a lead individual contributor • Will interact with other internal business partners *Certifications/Education (if applicable):* • Bachelor's degree preferred In order to apply for same, send me your updated resume along with 3 professional references and let me know the best time to reach you.
