Duration          :        3+ Month contract *

*Must-haves *

*Strong knowledge of Avaya Interaction Center Architecture. (10) – Version
7.1.x or above
Strong Knowledge of Avaya Interaction Center Workflow. (10) - version 7.1.x
or above
Good understanding of Avaya Interaction Center Business Advocate (8) -
version 7.1.x or above
Knowledge of Siebel CTI Dips and Avaya EAI Perspective (6) – Siebel Version
7.8.x or above and Avaya Interaction Center version 7.1.x or above
Avaya Interaction Center Call routing (7) –version 7.1.x or above. *


*Responsibilities:*

*This is a hands-on development project. This person will be focusing on
specific workflows and processes routing interaction center to Siebel using
Business Advocate. This person will also be integrating business advocate to
manage all voice, email, and Web chat interactions via a single universal
queue. This is expected to be a 3 month role, but possible extensions as the
go live is January 1. *
