Lauderdale, FL Duration : 3+ Month contract * *Must-haves * *Strong knowledge of Avaya Interaction Center Architecture. (10) – Version 7.1.x or above Strong Knowledge of Avaya Interaction Center Workflow. (10) - version 7.1.x or above Good understanding of Avaya Interaction Center Business Advocate (8) - version 7.1.x or above Knowledge of Siebel CTI Dips and Avaya EAI Perspective (6) – Siebel Version 7.8.x or above and Avaya Interaction Center version 7.1.x or above Avaya Interaction Center Call routing (7) –version 7.1.x or above. * *Responsibilities:* *This is a hands-on development project.
