Senior Programmer/Module lead, This position develops formal system specifications, codes programs, defines and performs unit and system testing, prepares systems documentation and implements new or revised systems. Utilizes extensive technical knowledge to partner with the Business Systems Analysts to analyze business problems to design solutions for project requirements Executes regression testing and test plans Executes systems integration testing Systems/Project R&D work with Technical Architects Conducts Code Reviews and ensures coding standards are followed Ensures appropriate turnover from projects to production support Position Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT • Five to seven years of programming experience • Programming experience, exposure and proficiency in the following: Design factors, hardware and software requirements, systems facilities, and execution protocols Strong programming skills in C, C++ UNIX/Linux. • Database skills Postgres, MySQL or Oracle. • Unix Shell Scripting • Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Retail Experience is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills • Strong drive for results and ability to work independently as well as a member of a team • Proven innovation skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated commitment to quality and project timing • Experience in obtaining and understanding business requirements • Experience to Lead a team • Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities Please provide me required information….
