*Senior resource for Agile/Scrum team* responsible for new application
development; improve existing applications.
Specific assignments may include application design & development, coding
for enhancements & fixes, testing, maintenance & support. Requirements
include:
*2 years practicing Test Driven Development TDD (required)*  *MUST
SPECIFICALLY HIGHLIGHT TDD EXPERIENCE IN RESUME *
*2 years applying Agile software development practices (Scrum, XP) (required
*)
*5+ years using Java 5 (required)
3-5 years using Oracle database technologies (required)
2-3 years using Spring (required)
2-3 years using Hibernate (required*)


*Desired & Optional background experience includes:*


*2-3 years experience with application server technologies (e.g., Weblogic,
TomCat, etc) (desired)
1-3 years experience with WebServices (desired)
1-3 years working in UNIX environment (optional)
1-3 years experience using ClearCase UCM (optional)
Willing to provide On-call Support (required)
JAVA TDD resource will identify & resolves issues between systems design &
technical feasibility*. *GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS*
Code & unit tests application programs & modules.
Plans, develops, conducts & leads systems tests.
Provides some leadership in the design & development of application
/technical architectures.
Prepares/moves application programs from development to production in
controlled manner.
Develops documentation & other materials supporting application programs as
required.
