Develop and maintain software applications supporting call center processing including customer service agents scripting, internal and customer reporting, and machine to machine transmissions . Develop using a variety of software technology platforms including VBScript, Microsoft Visual Studio.Net, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Foxpro, Excel and proprietary frameworks . Work with account management to ensure that specifications are received and adhered to . Meet all client deadlines . Follow existing programming standards to ensure re-usability and readability of all code . Coordinate activities with other members of the development team . Tune processes to ensure maximum performance . Automate all possible processes to minimize costs across the company . Prepare and maintain systems and program documentation for internal use and for use by end users following standard methodologies . Test and debug all applications prior to QA submission . Assist with troubleshooting and problem solving as needed . Follow all TCIM ISO policies and procedures . TCIM expects associates to be reliable and to be punctual in reporting for scheduled work .
