Our client in McLean, VA has multiple Java roles open. Candidates must be
Green Card or US Citizens ONLY. They are 6 month roles. We have an exclusive
on all of these roles. The interview process will be one phone screen and
one face to face interview. You will be responsible for the expenses if the
client requests a face to face interview. The client would like people to
start on 10/3. The job description is below.





*Java Developer*



*REQUIRED SKILLS:***

US Citizenship or Green Card.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

At least five years of experience must be with a top tier web software firm.

Experience with Java persistence layers.

Experience with Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns.

Experience with Oracle Stored Procedures.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Superior problem solving skills.

Analytical skills – Ability to assess a situation quickly from a non-biased
point of view, and determine the most beneficial resolution for all parties
involved.

Organization skills – Ability to track unresolved issues and bring them to
resolution is essential.  The ideal candidate will take the initiative to
follow up and, if necessary, escalate issues in order to bring them to a
conclusion.



*PREFERRED SKILLS:*

Java certified.

Preference for experience with high availability architectures.

Preference for experience with secure government information systems, Human
Capital Management systems, and/or ERP systems.

Experience in ASP/hosted environments.

Java 1.6, Oracle 11g, Spring, Struts, CSS,
