Job Title: QA Tester Location: Greenville, SC Duration: 6 Month Project *Rate: $27/hr on C2C(Need Junior consultant for this position)* Client is looking Software Web QA Tester for a contract position in Greenville, SC. This contract is projected to last for a minimum of six months. The ideal candidate will have software application testing experience, and will need to be able to work remotely and in the local office. First 3 months they will need to be on site in Greenville, SC. This position will start immediately. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the testing effort utilizing existing team members to achieve project goals and quality standards. Coordinate QA tasks and priorities for each project including identifying QA/testing environment needs. Create and maintain master test plans for the project. Interpret technical and functional specifications and develop QA test scenarios. Demonstrate experience with detailed test plans. Manage and execute QA test cases through system integration and regression phases and accurately report status/progress to upper management. Ensure that defects/changes in requirements identified during testing are verified and tracked to closure before moving the application to production. Publish test results in a clear and concise manner that. *Requirements:* Bachelors Degree in IT related field preferred 4+ years of software application testing experience Must have experience with testing software products Must have hands on experience of ability to plan, implement and execute functional, integration tests for Web, client/server or Lotus Notes application.
