Participate in requirement definition, solution development and implementation phases of data warehouse reporting projects. Performs analysis of business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to design solutions for the consumer esubscription platform. Reviews and prepares system documents and specifications, reports, studies, and documentation. Cognos and MicroStrategy report development. Add and enhance data to the Data Warehouse through development of source to targets maps and transformation rules. Troubleshoot and resolve data, system issues and performance issues Skills Required: . Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools o Cognos BI tools: Framework Manager, Power Play, ReportNet, Metric and Event Studio o MicroStrategy 9.x Report Services . Extensive experience with data warehouse concepts and methodologies. . Exceptional skills in database design and dimensional data modeling, using case tools like Embarcadero or ERWin in developing data models to match business requirements. . *Must have working experience in ecommerce industry and web analytics* . Good written and oral communication skills; excellent technical skills. . Working familiarity with XML & Service Oriented Architecture, Software Architecture, PDLC. .
