   9i, Toplink, spring and Hibernate. Focus strongly both on timely delivery
   and making systems the best through OO design, UML, Rational Rose,
   Performance analysis, resolving scalability issues, Test driven development,
   Agile Methodologies, Automated testing, re-architecture, refactoring and
   user experience analysis.
