*Job Title: QA Test Lead Location: Wallingford, CT Duration: 6 months contract* *Interview process: Phone interview and then skype interview Vertical: Healthcare Experience or Insurance Experience* ** *NO H1B or EAD* ** *Job Description:* •Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology (agile, waterfall) and procedures in delivering and supporting large complex systems. Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience. Demonstrated knowledge of systems and application technologies and architecture. Demonstrated experience in working with various geographically diverse associates and vendor partners. Demonstrated experience in leading the Testing team for module(s) and/or Systems. •Demonstrated experience in using Rational and Mercury Toolsets (Requisite Pro, Clear Case, Clear Quest, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Quality Manager, Load Runner) to deliver systems. Prefer 5+ years of experience in Rational/Mercury Toolsets. •Demonstrated experience in testing systems for high availability web applications. •Demonstrated experience in testing web services SOA applications for security, scalability and high volume transactions. •Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Test Strategy, Master Test plan, Test Data Management, Test Cases, Test Scenarios and Executing of Test cases including validation against expected results. •Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Performance Testing Strategy/scripts, Stress Test Strategy/scripts, Load Test Strategy/scripts Demonstrated experience in various automation approaches including but not limited to scripting with database validation.
