Oversee the development of scopes, tasks, time line for their work. Work with Global and Regional Management to monitor, update and communicate project timelines and milestones; obtain senior management feedback and understand potential technical speed bumps Ensure that the team is adequately staffed and possesses the requisite technical and process management skills to discharge its duties satisfactorily.
