Position: Celerra /FMA resource/ BRS Resource
Location: Rochester , NY
Duration: 6 months,
The customer has a need for an all in once resource with the below or two
separate
resources. If separate resources are needed, the skill set is divided into
number one
and number two below. Any resources must have experience with the below.
1. Celerra/FMA resource
A. NAS Gateway configuration and migration. They will be
migrating from Windows
Server 2003 clusters running Symantec (Veritas) Storage
Foundation 5.0 to the NAS.
They intend on using robocopy for the migration (as this
is approved by the regulatory
authorities governing some of our data). This will allow
the synchronization of data
before cut-over.
B. To address file share configuration, migration and tuning /
optimization.
C. FMA policy configuration (EMC Rainfinity File Management
Appliance)
-to address file share configuration, migration and tuning
/ optimization (all the way
from Data Domain to Windows File migration).
2. BRS Resource
A. Secondarily, we would want someone that could assist with
subsequent Avamar /
DataDomain configurations and support for the VADC - NYDC
backup / failover
configuration.
B. Networker (with a little bit of a lower priority).
