Position:SAP FI-CO Consultant Location:Columbus, OH Duration:6+months US Citizen and GC holder only* *Description: FI-CO Senior Analyst. There is a contract need with our Columbus, OH client for an SAP FI-CO Senior Analyst to be responsible for the configuration, testing, and support of Finance and Controlling modules of SAP as well as ancillary systems. * *Key responsibilities include working closely with the corporate and divisional Finance departments, as well as Business Process Owners, to ensure that the business needs are met and that issues related to integration with other modules are resolved. In addition, the SAP FI-CO Senior Analyst provides leadership on IT projects utilizing the client's project methodology to ensure a successful and on time completion.* *Essential Functions: • Configure the SAP Finance and Controlling modules to meet the specified requirements. The configuration must function as properly and integrate with touch points for all other processes. • Expert in the SAP FI-CO configuration for the Finance-related portions following processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Investment Management, FP&A and Inter-company. • Extensive experience with banking and other Finance-related interfaces.; • Familiarity with Business Warehouse • Evaluate, test, approve, and develop new functionality that supports the integrity of the SAP system including developing program specifications. • Assist in setting priorities and expectations with the business on IT projects, enhancements and Help Desk tickets. Design and develop programming specifications for necessary enhancements. • Answer and quickly resolve configuration related questions. • Responsible for unit, integration and volume testing to verify that the software in the functional area performs as expected within the business process. • Develop an understanding of all integration points between the SAP FI, SAP CO and other modules of SAP and bolt-on applications. • Make changes to the SAP systems to either accommodate differences in processes or to provide the business with information that is not readily available in the delivered set of SAP reports. Provide tier two end-user support for the module(s) to assist the Help Desk and SMEs and client associates. • Train SME's in the functional module(s) as assigned by Business.
