Lead the design and development of enhancements to the production analytic processing environment Become a product expert in technical functions of the platforms and systems Provide and implement architectural recommendations to support analytical model and strategy deployment requirements of the solutions Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, designed, coded, tested and debugged. Work closely and collaboratively with staff scientists, QA engineers, support engineers, and product managers Troubleshoots a wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad applications and functional expertise. Work under general direction and perform other duties as directed by manager *Job Description :* As a senior level Java developer, this position will lead efforts to design and build analytic deployment software capabilities to support analytic score deployment in the CoreScore Credit Report. This position requires the ability to work effectively as a member of an agile development team with tight deadlines, possibly supporting multiple projects, with evolving requirements. The position also requires the ability to design and code with quality and performance as a constant focus * * *Experience :* Five plus years professional programming experience in Java Experience with other programming in *JSP, Servlets, Spring, HTML and * *Struts Experience with* database-driven application development and object oriented programming Experience developing in an iterative Agile development environment Experience with Linux, Solaris or some flavor of UNIX and browser technology Experience with SAS under Linux/UNIX Experience with defect-tracking software, automation testing tools, and version control systems Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL or DB2) Experience with Python, Perl, UNIX Shell or other scripting languages Experience with ANT, Maven, or Subversion Experience with XML and Java bindings Direct working experience working with statistical models and strategy rule sets Familiarity with IntelliJ, Eclipse or similar IDE Familiarity with Persistence Frameworks: JPA, Hibernate, or iBatis.
