*Job Title : Network Analyst*
*Location : Irving, TX (Need only locals who can go for a F2F Interview
after telephonic)*
*Duration : 9-12 months Contract*

*Job Description:*
Global Network Operations Change Management is responsible for the review
and implementation of all network changes within CTI. On average, 2000
network changes are reviewed and implemented each month.

This entails configuring in the region of 30,000 Cisco network routers and
switches each and every month.
Scope of this work includes;
Review, and approve or reject as appropriate, all network related Change
requests.
Attend relevant Change Control Review meetings to discuss changes with
Engineering, Senior Management and Business groups as necessary.
Implement scheduled network changes, perform network checks and manage the
acceptance process.
Update inventory of devices as required post change.
Perform routine network maintenance
Ensure written operational procedures are kept current and accurate

*Note: The Shift Schedule is Thursday through Sunday then 4 days off. 7am
to 7pm alternating every week with 11am to 11pm.*

*Competencies:*
Strong working knowledge of Cisco routers and switches is required Strong
working knowledge of WANs (T1s, T3s, Frame Relay, MPLS, ISDN, etc.) is
required Strong working knowledge of at least three of the following routing
protocols is required: EIGRP, IGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP.
Working knowledge of F5 load balancers, firewalls, DNS, and Xperl script
language is desirable.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, (Word, Excel, Access)
is required.
