Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or greater than 5 years business and/or equivalent formal training or work experience required. *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Working experience of technical analysis and design using OO concepts and design patterns. Working experience with IMS Connect Working experience with Java Swing Working experience with EJBs Working experience with Perl Script Working experience with Ext-JS Working experience with IBM JRules Working knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS, as well as experience with project management methodology. Additional technical skills that include, telecommunication network and client-server technologies.
