Job Tittle : *People Soft HRMS Techno-Functional consultant* Location : Melville,NY Duration: 3 Months Contract Rate : DOE *Will need to do in person interview—or Skype* *EXPERIENCE:* Peoplesoft HRMS Techno-Functional consutlatnt—for Adecco in Melville 3 months—could go longer. Someone very strong with PS HRMS modules—the self service modules as well Someone who has some PS G/L experience—does not need to be an expert, but have enough experience to understand how it works Someone who can do and understand and has done 3rd party interfaces. They will be interfacing G/L with the HR modules Good communication skills Will need to do in person interview—or Skype *Duties will include:* Author business requirements docs, functional design docs, and detailed process flows; will review and edit technical designs, test scenarios, test strategy docs and detailed test cases. May participate in testing as well. Facilitate the prioritization process across multiple stakeholders. Provide functional support of applications, working directly with clients in managing their requests, and translating functional requirements to technical specifications through hands-on analysis. Successfully utilize prior experience in applying methodology and best practices. Use standard techniques to elicit and document business requirements and effectively identify process inefficiencies and make suggestions for modifications. Proactively identify bottlenecks and areas of opportunities.
