Job Title: ETL/Informatica Developer Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 12 + months(Phone Hire) (The Max Rate $55/hr on C2C )* *Job Description: The client is looking for a ETL/Informatica Developer.* *Multi-year engagement; resources will be utilized across multiple phases and multiple workstreams Responsibilities: Perform detailed data analysis to understand the source system data. Participate in reviewing source to target data mapping specifications provided by Business Analysts and providing estimates for ETL design and construction. Performance tune ETL mappings and report queries. Work with Team Lead and other developers to engineer and review high level ETL designs, refine source to target data mapping document. Able to communicate and collaborate well with team members and across geographically disparate (United States and India) teams. On-time delivery of ETL process designs and Informatica ETL processes yielding accurate data transformation and optimal performance. Qualifications Mandatory: * *Skills Required: 5-10 Years’ experience working in UNIX/Oracle environment. Hands on development experience with PL/SQL and development of stored procedures. Informatica/ETL Experience 5+ years experience in ETL Developer role with strong hands on experience in developing complex ETL processes using Informatica Power Center or similar tool Managing Technical Resources 5+ years experience managing multiple development projects/teams. Experience managing onshore and off shore teams. Strong analytical, technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills Strong skills working with Informatica, UNIX, Oracle, Mainframe/Midrange systems and Data Warehouses. Candidate must understand the data storage mechanisms of IMS, DB2, DB 400 and/or similar RDBMS. Provide Production/Development Support in a demanding Information Technology environment Must have demonstrated aptitude for working in a fast paced, client-focused technical environment or recent history of same. PL/SQL Experience.
