*Position:FLEX Developer Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration:1 year* *Job Overview: Work with Engineering Manager to define GUI workflows, screens, components, and behavior. Develop Rich Internet Application (RIA) screens and components / widgets using Java, Flash & Flex technologies.* *Job Functions: Participate in SDLC Process includes design, coding, reviews, testing and documentation. Enhance existing code to support new features. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of developed code. Interact with Product Management for GUI requirements, participate and review GUI guidelines. Develop and maintain test code for GUI screens and components Primary Qualifications: BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree 7+ years of overall experience including Good OO Programming exp. Prefer Java. Some exposure to Flex Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals (ie. data structures, algorithms) Strong knowledge of HTTP protocol, AJAX Design patterns and Action Script programming (including object oriented coding, events, class/package structures). Experience with Pure MVC, Cairngorm, and other Flex frameworks Ability to maintain high Quality standards, be a self learner and have the drive to Innovate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
