The Project Manager also must possess strong planning, coordination, people management, communication, and influence skills. Full life cycle implementation experience. Experience troubleshooting and managing application issues. Experience producing a project charter, scope statement, and risk management plan. Ability to understand and evaluate technical issues to prioritize and present to executive leadership as appropriate. ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS • Experience managing projects for services using SOA methodologies and principles. Ability to differentiate between managing a project with SOA and one without. • Develop and/or utilize a requirements gathering process across many different process points. Providing a QA process that accounts for the broader interface connections between the myriad of services.
