*EMS Call Costing Module Implementation* Location: *Downey, CA *Duration: *9 months *Rate: *DOE on W2 only * *IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!* ** *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* 1.Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years in web based, mid-range system telecommunications management software and analysis. 2.Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years in processing, storing and rating PBX and VOIP call details. 3.Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years in establishing billing and ordering methods, procedures and interfaces with telecommunications carriers, equipment vendors and customers. 4.Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years in project management, working on large implementation projects such as Telecommunication billing (annual telecommunications billing spend greater than $20M), Order Systems (annual order volume greater than 3000 orders processed) and Inventory System deployment (inventory item volume 150,000 items or greater). 5.Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years writing technical system requirements. Candidates will be asked to provide examples of past work or otherwise produce examples of business requirements documentation skills if called for an interview. 6.Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years developing training material for end-users. Candidates will be asked to provide examples of past work or otherwise produce examples of training documentation. 7.Three (3) years experience within the last four (4) years working with PBX and VOIP systems and their capabilities. *DUTIES* •Develop, in partnership with Symphony Services, all custom program requirements to meet the needs of our end-users. •Establish and execute testing plans for the System, User Acceptance and Parallel testing phases. •Work with vendors to ensure a smooth transition from the current application to the new application. •Coordinate all implementation activities related to putting the new module into production. •Develop and coordinate training requirements. Work with internal accounting groups and customers to develop training plan, training materials and training schedule. •Train users on the system as needed. •Monitor project plan performance of EMS vendor.
