This includes designing and developing database schema and procedures to insure maximum quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability; proactively evaluating new technologies and providing recommendations to advance Kroll Ontrack technologies; and defining and promoting technical standards and best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with teams across the organization as well as to mentor, oversee, and lead teams within the software development group.
