Perform and document requirements mapping to software. Perform and document gap analysis for requirements. Develop solution for client using Oracle HRMS. Document solution for Oracle HRMS using Oracle AIM. Implement Oracle HRMS solution for client. Test Oracle HRMS solution. Document processes and procedures for Oracle HRMS.
