*Required Skills: * 7-12 years of experience, at least last 5-7 years as Lead SQL Server DBA on all aspects of SQL Server Database Administration in a large/challenging database environment. Experience setting up and configuring database encryption for SQL Server applications. Hands on experience migrating SQL Server database applications from 2005 to 2008. Expert in SQL analysis and tuning SQL queries as well as database for optimizing performance. Expertise in database backup and recovery and hands on experience setting up enterprise wide strategy for backups. Experience setting up enterprise wide monitoring and alerting system and strategy for SQL Server databases. Basic understanding of Connection pooling and .net architecture.
