Position:Business Analyst Duration:12 months Location:Minneapolis,MN* *Description: 3+ years business analyst experience, demonstrating progressive leadership experience in each of the following areas: development of project initiation documentation to formulate user needs and scope of work definition of detailed requirements prioritization of business requirements to define project scope development and refinement of business process flows development and execution of user acceptance test plans 3-5 years financial services industry experience, with emphasis on brokerage and banking environment preferred BA and/orBS in Business,Finance,Mathematics or related * *This role is responsible for: •Documenting standard operating procedures and process flows for the organization to reference. •Gathering and maintaining data and ensuring accuracy of the data for reporting and analysis. •Creating reports and determining the appropriate report design for various audiences.
