*Application Experience:* Experience with an Identity Management Solution (FIM, Oracle, TIM, etc.) is a must, 3+ years preferred. Experience with single sign-on solutions and concepts (including federation) is preferred. CA Identity Manager experience is a plus, CA Identity Manager R12.5 preferred. CA SiteMinder experience is a plus. Active Directory experience is a plus. SUN ONE LDAP experience is a plus. *Programming:* Java is a plus. 3+ years of experience is preferred. VBScript is a plus. C++ is a plus.
