*Must Have:* 10 years database development experience Extensive knowledge and experience in database architecture, building indices, developing stored procedures, monitoring, performance tuning, and trouble shooting. Must have extensive experience with either DB2 LUW (Linux, Unix, Windows) or MS SQL Server Must have experience in designing, enhancing, maintaining and supporting large financial reporting and ETL warehouses, with emphasis on physical modeling and layout utilizing star/snowflake/denormalization/ Ralph-Kimball models Must have release management experience with warehouse applications, with emphasis on DDL and DML releases 5 years Unix/Linux shell scripting Must be a self starter with the ability to investigate and work independently without supervision * * *Nice to Have:* Financial product or industry knowledge.
