*Job Requirements: * The Senior Program Manager serves as the relationship owner for all senior business partner relationships. The Senior Manager will be responsible for budget planning, resource forecasting, and ensuring hiring plans remain in alignment with demand. Experience in mortgage, banking and data conversions is preferred. Under the her/his direction, the Project Management team provides end-to-end management of projects of varying complexity, providing leadership across businesses, across sites, and across all impacted support areas to achieve the change objectives. The Senior Manager will serves as liaison with peers in business, technology, and support teams. This role will be responsible for managing extended, matrix team. The Senior Manager sets the strategic direction for the team and ensures adequate solutions are utilized by effectively managing competing and shifting priorities.
