*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)* Manage information technology projects with budget values up to $10M Motivate and lead 3 to 50 person software project implementation teams to ensure that all activities on time, within budget, and scope Ability to work with and manage global project teams Actively listen to identify clients’ active needs while uncovering their latent needs, document the project, and directly “translate” the key deliverables Development of project concept and plan, facilitating project meetings, tracking, analysis, adherence to quality standards, review of project deliverables, change control, and status reporting Provide single point-of-contact support for all assigned projects throughout the project Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project Prepare status of project and communicates status per PMO policy Delegate tasks and monitor the workflow of the team, making adjustments as necessary Serve as a resource for the team, answering questions and solving problems Manage and communicate to the Program Manager, PMO Director, VP’s and others regarding project risks, issues, productivity, and operational concerns Maintain good working relationship with internal and external project resources Provide input to Program Manager for performance appraisal purposes and appropriate Ensure accuracy and completion of the team’s daily tasks and special projects, quality reviewing and proofreading work as needed Identify problem areas and seek resolutions Attend and participate in PMO or other staff meetings Complete special projects and/or research as assigned Maintain ongoing knowledge of departmental procedures Maintain confidentiality of CareFusion information *Thanks & Regards,* *Adam Smith* *Sr. Technical Recruiter / AM* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Java Tech Group" group.
