Business Systems Analyst Miami, FL / Atlanta, GA 6+ Months Must be Green Card holder Requires 4 or more years of progressive Business Systems Analyst experience in a Call Center environment • Experience with Cisco technologies for Contact Centers is highly desirable, but not required (could be with other technologies, but again, candidate must have experience in a call center environment to even be considered). • Experience with Call Center systems - IVR/VRU, CTI, Workforce Management, Call Reporting, Call Scripting and Routing is highly desirable, but not required • Experience with IT Service Management systems including Change, Configuration, Incident, Problem and Request Management, along with IT Chargeback and Time Tracking is highly desirable.
