Education requirements: IT degree or equivalent experience Minimum years experience in the following areas: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands on experience developing, testing and supporting PeopleSoft 8.9 and 9.1 HCM applications (specifically Human Resources and Payroll). PeopleSoft HCM Application 8.9, 9.1 upgrade experience. Knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, People Tools 8.5+ / PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Integration Tools experience (Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Workflow), UNIX environment including scriptwriting and development in an Oracle environment using SQL-PL/SQL is preferred. Work related skills: PeopleSoft integration technologies (Application engine, component interface) PeopleSoft Security Custom PeopleSoft pages and PeopleCode Functional Knowledge of the process flow for PeopleSoft 8.9 and/or 9.1 HCM is preferred Application messaging using Integration Brokering Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and strong ability to perform as part of a team.
