*Key Responsibilities: *Work with business analysts to gather, understand, and document requirements Develop & test (unit/regression), and deploy reports to the business Investigate and resolve defects identified during testing or in production reports Provide production support to the business on a world-wide level Work with various groups in the business, as well as in IT (app admins, DBAs, etc) *Experience and Skills Required: *Experienced using *Crystal Reports* in an enterprise environment Thorough knowledge of any *Siebel CRM* transactional data model Solid understanding of relation databases (analysis, design, data modeling) Proficient with SQL and related tools in an Oracle environment Business Objects InfoView and Central Mgmt.
