this is an Axis2 bug. TransportOutDescription transportOut = msgContext.getConfigurationContext().
getAxisConfiguration().getTransportOut(Constants.TRANSPORT_HTTP); it try to get the transportOut using Http please log a jira. thanks, Amila.
