Jamie: The mailing list manager is, as far as I can tell, working fine. I just unsubscribed you manually using its email interface. It might be that the reply from ezlmm is somehow getting filtered at your end (spam filter, etc)? Check your junk mail folders.
In any case, you should only get one copy of this message as you are hopefully now no longer on the list.
