In my case I have the same client .java code that can talk
to WebService both with and without WS-Security.
The only difference is axis2.conf.

Ask the owner for client reference or instruction on how to connect
to this WS-Security secured service using soapUI. This tool can
be used to test both secured and "normal" WebServices.

PS I have found that sometime it is easier to get replies
using StackOverflow: http://stackoverflow.com/
There are 'axis2' and 'rampart' tags.
