I  Use Eclipse Helios and have the Same Plug in for web services.

I prefer to Code  the requirement  good old way rather then automate using the 
process.

Can u suggest?

Any references  url’s / blogs ….

The answer to question No.2:
Yes for sure, in wsdl you almost have everything :)
And personally, I suggest you may start web service client-side coding using 
eclipse j2ee.  Eclipse j2ee will generate the client code and it is a good 
reference.
