The tracker says it's sometimes in Feb 2011: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2/fixforversion/12313622 The old website still doesn't point users to the new site (this is raised by me months ago): http://ws.apache.org/ I don't see any roadmap in the new site: http://axis.apache.org/axis2/java/core/index.html
