Hi Scott, Can you try dropping the 2 jars (actually they are bundles packaged as jars) in to <ECLIPSE_HOME>/plugins folder. Then change your Eclipse perspective to JavaEE as well. Then you will see the Axis2 wizards in New Wizards category.
