We had no such issues with our plain old war files on JBoss 5.1, back
when it was the latest at the time. We deploy the war exploded though,
and turn hot deploy scanning off.

We are running JBoss 7.1.0 now and I do see a few aar files in /tmp.
Its a non-issue in our case though, since axis2 gets daily traffic on
our servers and JBoss is restarted nightly ... if it was a problem
there would be more than just a few files.
