Hi,

The wsdl is valid. (Using this validator: http://www.validwsdl.com/)

So the WSDL is valid and I also tried to download and I get the same error.,

Obviously it needs a valid wsdl to be available at the specified location.
Try to replace it with a valid URL or download the wsdl and specify the local 
path to wsdl.
